Terms and Conditions

We provide complimentary in salon consultations for specialty styling & colouring services. Please contact the salon to arrange a time. We are unable to quote over email, phone or Instagram.

Infinity Hair reserve the right to refuse service and reserve the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, their stylist may have to reschedule or cut down their booked service e.g Full Head appointment to a Half Head appointment.

Online bookings require a $50 deposit which will be taken off your bill during your visit. No shows, cancellations and rescheduling 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

For the best colour results we request freshly clean hair 48 hours before your appointment.

Student Discount: 10% off major services Tuesday-Friday between 09:00 - 17:00.

Parking is available behind the salon, off Lever Street, however we cannot guarantee an available spot due to the busy complex.
